Its been long when Gmail was launched and revolutionised the web mail service. It was launched as a beta service and remains to be in BETA like may of the Google products. But, what's the reason behind the Google’s BETA policy? Lets analyse.
A BETA version basically means that its a public test version which may contain bugs, vulnerabilities etc. Simply put it Google is not responsible for anything that happens to any of their Beta products. It means they can delete your account, leave it stranded or may even completely shut it down and in that case there’s nothing you can do, because that what Beta means. A Beta is to be used at users own risk.
But considering the fact that it comes from Google there is a negligible chance of that happening. So keep enjoying the best email service on net and keep your fingers crossed ;)
Yesterday i was having a problem with installing JAVA on my Windows 7. A message appeared saying that installer has stopped working. Than a window popped up with the following message.
Solve a problem with Windows 7 beta
An issue with the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) client in Windows 7 beta is causing Explorer and some MSI-based installers to stop working properly.
To solve this problem, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click All Programs, and then click Accessories.
Right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. In the User Account Control window, verify that Program name is Windows Command Processor, and then click Yes.
In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type or paste the following text at the prompt:
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions /va /f
Press Enter to install the solution.
If The operation completed successfully displays, close the Administrator: Command Prompt window to complete this procedure. If "ERROR: Access is denied" displays, repeat this procedure from the top, making sure you clicked Run as administrator in step two.
And as i followed the steps it started working and now no problems. Well now this is the change in MS that i have seen in this OS over previous OS.

The first pic is that of new Honda City and the second one is that of BMW 5 series. Just see the resemblance b/w the tail lights of two cars. Now that's one inspirational design.
